| 目的 研究乌灵胶囊联合高压氧治疗卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年10月至2022年8月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院神经科门诊及住院治疗的79例卒中后抑郁患者为研究对象。乌灵胶囊组患者给予乌灵胶囊(浙江佐力药业股份有限公司生产)0.99 g,三餐后口服；乌灵胶囊+高压氧组患者给予乌灵胶囊0.99 g,三餐后口服联合高压氧治疗；对照组不给予高压氧治疗及乌灵胶囊口服。3组患者均接受常规药物治疗及康复治疗,比较3组患者临床疗效。结果 乌灵胶囊组和乌灵胶囊+高压氧组患者治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、美国国立卫生研究院脑卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和Barthel指数显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；乌灵胶囊+高压氧组患者治疗后HAMD评分、NIHSS评分和Barthel指数显著优于乌灵胶囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 卒中后抑郁的患者接受乌灵胶囊联合高压氧治疗可以明显改善抑郁状态、神经功能缺损及提高日常生活能力。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined use of Wu Ling Capsule and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods Seventy-nine patients with PSD were chosen who were treated in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from October 2018 to August 2022.The 79 patients were divided into 3 groups,treated with Wu Ling Capsule,treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Wu Ling Capsule or treated with conventional therapy.All patients in the three groups received conventional drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment.The HAMD,the NIHSS and the Barthel Index of 3 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 1 month,2 months after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the HAMD,the NIHSS and the Barthel Index were improved markedly(P<0.05) in the group treated with Wu Ling Capsule and the group treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Wu Ling Capsule.Compared with the Wu Ling Capsule group,the HAMD,the NIHSS and the Barthel Index of the group treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Wu Ling Capsule were significantly better than those in the Wuling capsule group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Wu Ling Capsule is beneficial for the recovery of the depression,neurological deficit and behavioral measures of patients with PSD. |
