      目的 分析超声技术对乳腺肿块微钙化的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年1月浙江金华广福肿瘤医院收治的150例乳腺肿块患者,所有患者均行常规超声检查(对照组)与超声“萤火虫”成像技术检查(观察组),以手术病理结果为准,分析2组的乳腺肿块微钙化检出率与诊断价值。结果 150例患者中,共有243个乳腺肿块微钙化,其中恶性113个(46.50%),良性130个(53.50%);观察组的乳腺肿块微钙化检出率为89.30%,高于对照组的69.55%(P<0.05);观察组乳腺肿块微钙化诊断的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别是85.849%、92.31%、90.65%、88.24%,高于对照组的53.10%、83.85%、74.07%、67.28%(P<0.05)。结论 超声“萤火虫”成像技术检查对乳腺肿块微钙化的检出率较高,对乳腺肿块微钙化诊断的敏感度与特异度较高。

      Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound in microcalcification of breast masses.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with breast masses treated in Zhejiang Jinhua Guangfu Tumor Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected.All patients underwent routine ultrasonography (control group) and ultrasound "firefly" imaging technology (observation group).Based on the surgical and pathological results,the detection rate and diagnostic value of microcalcification of breast masses in the two groups were analyzed.Results There were 243 microcalcifications in 150 patients,including 113 malignant (46.50%) and 130 benign (53.50%).The detection rate of breast mass microcalcification in the observation group was 89.30%,which was higher than 69.55% in the control group (P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of breast mass microcalcification in the observation group were 85.849%,92.31%,90.65% and 88.24% respectively,which were higher than 53.10%,83.85%,74.07% and 67.28% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The detection rate of microcalcification in breast masses by ultrasound "firefly" imaging is high,and the sensitivity and specificity of microcalcification in breast masses are high.
